AD info | Products with an * have been gifted to me. However, I have not been asked or paid to include them in this post.
I don’t know about you but I absolutely love buying gifts for Christmas, especially when it comes to beauty-related items! It almost feels like a bit of challenge to search out and discover things that you know your friends and family are going to love… which is why I’ve put this list together.
If you’re low on stocking filler ideas for makeup lovers, scroll through the products below for some inspo. From lip oils to shadow sticks, blushes to contour sticks, this list has you covered!
1. REFY Brow Sculpt*
REFY’s Brow Sculpt is perfect for low-maintenance guys and gals that need a one-stop product to add some shape to their eyebrows. Just a couple of swipes and your brows won’t budge AT ALL.
2. Spectrum Collections Frida Kahlo Kabuki Brush
Spectrum’s collaboration with the The Frida Kahlo Corporation has brought about the cutest travel makeup brush I’ve ever seen. It’s retractable and even comes with its own lid so you can chuck it into your bag for those much needed touch-ups throughout the day.
3. NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer
This is my favourite concealer of all time. It’s creamy, blendable and has amazing coverage. Pop this in any makeup lover’s Christmas stocking this year and watch their face light up as they unwrap it.
4. Glossier Lash Slick Mascara
For understated, everyday lashes, there’s nothing better than Glossier’s Lash Slick. Their classic Black formula provides length, definition and a full day of wear without any smudges. Plus, Lash Slick now comes in Brown for an even more natural look.
5. Illamasqua Colour Veil*
Achieve the ‘cold girl makeup look’ that everyone’s talking about with Illamasqua’s Colour Veil. This dewy blush gives your cheeks the perfect flush. With ingredients like glycerin and hyaluronic acid, it’s also pretty hydrating so you get some extra protection against the winter weather.
6. Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Heat Lip Luminizer and Plumper*
Fend off dry, chapped lips this winter with Fenty Beauty’s super popular Lip Luminizer and Plumper. This makes your lips look fuller and healthier, it also gives the most long-lasting shine of any lip gloss I’ve tried. I love it!
7. Makeup By Mario Soft Sculpt Shaping Stick*
I’m usually not a contour stick person, but this one might have changed my mind. It’s creamy and EXTREMELY blendable, giving your face definition without leaving harsh streaks or lines.
8. The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum
I actually haven’t used this one yet but I’ve heard so many good things that I’ve put it at the top of my Christmas list this year. This is meant to make your lashes and brows look thicker and fuller. What’s also great is that this isn’t just an overnight treatment, the formula is light enough to be worn during the day.
9. Rare Beauty Stay Vulnerable Melting Blush
This is one of those cream blushes that I think everyone needs in their makeup collection. The texture is super velvety and it applies so flawlessly. It also has amazing pay-off so you only need a small amount to get a nice pop of colour on your cheeks.
10. Glow Hub Baby Blenders
Now I know not everyone is going to be wowed by makeup sponges, but I think this is a really cute and practical Christmas gift! You get seven ‘baby blenders’ in this set, meaning there’s one for each day of the week. When you get to the weekend, simply chuck the sponges in the wash (in the net bag, of course) so they’re clean and ready for the next week.
11. Gisou Honey Infused Lip Oil
Lip oils have been a BIG thing this year, and while I love the tinted ones I own, I also really appreciate this colourless version from Gisou. I always reach for this oil when my lips are feeling a bit dry during the day. It can be worn by itself or layered on top of lipstick to add some extra shine.
12. Inglot Duraline Makeup Mixing Liquid
Want to turn any eyeshadow into a liquid liner? This Inglot Makeup Mixing Liquid does just that! A few drops of this product and your eyeshadow completely transforms. This has saved me from splashing out on expensive eyeliners plenty of times – I mean, why would you need to when you’ve got a product like this?!
13. Saie Dew Blush
Highly pigmented liquid blushes always go down well as gifts. Rare Beauty’s Soft Pinch Blush is on everyone’s radar at the moment but the Saie Dew Blush is quickly rising in popularity too. Makeup lovers would be thrilled to have this in their Christmas stocking!
14. Glossier Balm Dotcom
I don’t tend to use it too much in the summer, but it’s ideal for the colder months when your skin needs some extra TLC. This is thick and occlusive so it helps prevent moisture loss – it’s the ultimate winter staple.
15. ELF Monochromatic Multi Stick
Another lazy girl friendly makeup product, ELF’s Multi Sticks can be used for your eyes, lips or cheeks. These are really creamy and nourishing, and they’re super affordable! They also aren’t too intensely pigmented so they work well for a really natural look.
16. Piccasso Foundation Spatula
Give the gift of flawless foundation with this Piccasso makeup spatula. It’s designed to help you apply the thinnest layer of foundation for the most even, skin-like finish. Plus, if you like a discount, Tonic15 currently has this spatula set for 30% off meaning it’s only £11.90 at the minute.
17. Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick
This is on everyone’s Christmas wish list for a reason – it’s such a great lipstick! I love it because it’s really easy to build up colour to achieve your desired look. Apply lightly for a ‘your lips but better’ kind of shade or use a heavier hand to get more of a defined, bolder lip.
18. Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette in Universal
This palette is the perfect all-rounder. I use the white and pink shades as highlighter, and the other two shades as eyeshadow… but you can pretty much use this however you want! This has a really delicate shimmer that illuminates your face without looking like you’ve gone OTT with the glitter.
19. Revlon Oil-Absorbing Volcanic Roller
For those with oily skin, the Revlon Volcanic Roller is a game-changing beauty tool for touch-ups on the go. Forget blotting paper, this roller is much less fiddly and can be reused too. Just take out the volcanic ball, wash with cleanser and warm water, leave to dry and it’s as good as new.
20. Beauty Pie Longwear Cream Shadow Stick
Eyeshadow sticks are 100% lazy girl approved. These require minimal effort to apply but still make it look like you’ve put loads of time into doing your makeup. The Beauty Pie ones go on so smoothly and can be diffused really easily too.
21. Rare Beauty Silky Touch Highlighter
This new release from Rare Beauty is all over Instagram at the minute. It’s a fine powder highlighter that gives the most stunning glow. If you’re feeling extra generous, you could also buy the Precision Highlighter Brush to go with it.
22. Dior Backstage Rosy Glow Blush
This is the perfect cool-toned blush to give your cheeks some colour this winter. It has Dior’s signature Colour Reviver technology which means it reacts to the moisture level of your skin to form the perfect shade for you.
Which of these makeup stocking fillers will you be buying this Christmas? Let me know in the comments!
