There’s nothing more exciting in the run-up to Christmas than opening doors on your advent calendar. The traditional chocolate ones are – of course – amazing. But why limit it to that? Advent calendars have evolved to include all kinds of things like skincare, perfume and coffee. So, even if you’re not a chocolate fan, you can still join in on the fun.
After scouring the Internet, I’ve put together a list of seven advent calendars that will suit all kinds of people. From tea lovers to nail art enthusiasts, here are the advent calendars you’ll want to buy this year.
These tend to sell out super quickly so it pays to snap them up before everybody else does!

The Martha Brook 24 Days of Stationery Advent Calendar would seriously make any stationery lover’s Christmas. This calendar contains 24 individual packages that are designed to look like little books – how cute! Each one holds a unique stationery item that (without giving too much away) ranges from paperclips to a postcard set.
What I love most about this calendar is that not only is the outer box personalised, a few of the gifts inside are too! This really makes it look like a lot of thought has gone into it.

The Whittard of Chelsea Tea Advent Calendar is a tea lover’s dream. With 18 different infusions, you’re definitely getting value for money with this set. Each drawer, except the first one which contains a separate gift, contains four individually wrapped teabags meaning there’s lots to go round. In fact, Whittard actually advertises this as a calendar for two, so why not share it with someone you love?
Not a fan of tea? Whittard also does a Hot Chocolate Advent Calendar and a Coffee Advent Calendar which you should definitely check out!

The Barry M Nail Paint Advent Calendar is the first advent calendar release from the brand. It contains 12 full size nail polishes, six of which are exclusive shades, as well as a nail & cuticle oil and a makeup bag. 29 lucky people will also receive a ticket in their advent calendar which can win them a Barry M gift voucher (with a value from £10 to £500).
The Ciaté Mini Mani Month Calendar is also an excellent choice! It contains 22 mini Plant Pot polishes, one full-size Plant Pot polish and a little tube of their Watermelon Burst Hydrating Primer.
For those who prefer to use gel polish, check out the Mylee MyGel Advent Calendar. This one contains 12 festive shades that are perfect for wearing throughout the Christmas season.

The Benefit The MORE, The Merrier Advent Calendar is such a steal! You get 12 mini or travel size goodies in this set, which is great if you’re looking to test out a few Benefit items you don’t already own.
Despite being ‘fun-sized’, I still think you get a decent amount of each product. And it’s definitely more cost efficient than buying the full-size version – especially if you’re someone (like me) who struggles to finish products before the expiry date!
For those obsessed with body care

The Body Shop rules the body care scene. I mean, it’s literally in the name! This year they’re offering four different advent calendars, all at different price points, which each hold 25 mini treats inside. This includes things like shampoo, body butter and even face masks.
The pop-up element makes this the perfect display piece for Christmas. And, as The Body Shop suggests, when you’re finished with this calendar you can also use it to store other bits and bobs. This really is one of the most sustainable advent calendars you’re going to find!

The Feelunique Advent Calendar has 25 doors, but you’ll actually find 27 treats stored inside! It contains five full-size products and a selection of other minis, all from cult beauty brands like Charlotte Tilbury, Laura Mercier, Sol de Janeiro and BY Terry.
The total value of this calendar is £385.20, but you can pick this up for £119 which is a fair price considering just how many products you’re getting!

If you’ve got a bit more to spend, the Cult Beauty Advent Calendar is the beauty calendar to end all beauty calendars. This costs £215 but is worth in excess of £975(!!), the savings here are massive! It goes on sale tomorrow and has been known to sell out super fast so keep your eyes peeled. This is one you won’t want to miss out on!

Ok, this might be my favourite advent calendar on the list – I’m obsessed! This has 12 doors (or drawers) of cuffs, barbells and huggies to help you create the perfect ear stack. Three of these are exclusive advent calendar items AND you also get a £50 voucher to spend in-store or online at Astrid & Miyu. This is crazy value for money!!
You can buy this in gold or silver, and each individual piece comes protected in its own dusky pink pouch. Adorable!
Which of these advent calendars are you looking forward to using? Let me know in the comments!
